I have worked with all ages from young children to adults presenting with various issues. My specialty is working with young adults to navigate life's twists and turns. I utilize a systemic and holistic approach, knowing it is rarely one thing causing distress. This approach helps to ensure we are treating the cause and not just the symptoms.
