Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I have been practicing for over 15 years. I work with young adults, adults and seniors dealing with the ups and downs of life. While my practice is general, my primary area of interest lies in understanding trauma and how it often manifests anxiety and depression. I am deeply invested in empowering clients to tap into their potential, challenge the narratives holding them back, and acquire the tools needed to lead fulfilling lives. At the heart of my practice is a deep belief in the power of reflection, self-awareness, and healing.
In our first session(s) together we will have an initial assessment and will get to know each other. I will answer questions, gather information about your mental and physical health background and history. After that, we will discuss why you are coming to therapy and the challenges, changes or life transitions you are experiencing.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is being fully present with you in your struggle, offering compassion and understanding every step of the way. I create a safe, non judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and struggles with complete openness.
