I am a Christian-based therapist interested in listening and can provide that space for you. I am a military veteran with experience working with clients from all walks of life. Talk therapy can be beneficial to our self-care. We all need to feel like we are cared for and about. Deciding to attend therapy is courageous, and I will walk through this journey with you. I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, and adults dealing with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and Narrcisstic Victim abuse. I also work with couples in Marriage and Family Therapy who are experiencing unique challenges. I additionally provide ESA letters.

I specialize in Emotional-Focused Therapy for Married Couples, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I also use Mindfulness-Based Practices, Therapy, Reframing, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). I am skilled at Guided Visual Imagery and Neuro-Linguistic Programming of the Brain.
