I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 6 years of experience working with adults who have Mental Health and Substance Abuse Diagnoses. My professional background includes working with adults who experience anxiety, stress, substance abuse issues, codependency, and relationship issues.

My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to process through their struggles, along with collaborating with them using empathetic listening and unconditional positive regard. I use various treatment techniques, to include person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

I believe that every client has what it takes within them to heal and I aim to use my personal and professional skills to facilitate hope and healing during the therapy process. I also believe life is indeed a journey and I strive to walk alongside clients as they navigate their pathway to peace.
