I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor licensed in both Texas and Louisiana, and I’ve spent over a decade helping people through some of life’s most difficult moments. I began my work in 2007 at a chemical dependency organization, where I saw firsthand how meaningful support can change lives. I work with individuals facing addiction, anxiety, depression, and overwhelming stress, and I believe healing happens best in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
As a therapist, I utilize Solution Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to bring clients through a rewarding journey on their way to wellness. I am not only a skilled clinician, but is also adept at treatment plans, individual, family and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management and consult work.
I am passionate about working with adults across a variety of populations who are navigating significant life transitions.
