I work with individual clients ages 13+ who are facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, trauma, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I’m especially passionate about supporting caregivers, as well as individuals navigating prenatal and postpartum experiences.
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, somatic techniques, and Motivational Interviewing. This integrative style allows us to not only address symptoms, but also get to the root issues.
Therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out before you begin. It’s a collaborative process where we explore, learn, and grow together. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect, helping you build insight, develop tools, and reconnect with your strengths.
