Life can feel overwhelming: whether you're healing from trauma, navigating relationship challenges, adjusting to parenthood, or managing anxiety, depression, or everyday stress. I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds such as survivors of abuse, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and people exploring identity, intimacy, and connection. My practice is an affirming, sex-positive space that welcomes Black and Brown communities, parents, and those in ethically non-monogamous (ENM), polyamorous, kink, BDSM, and sex work communities.

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and humanistic. I draw from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Sex Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to meet your unique needs. As a former certified doula, I also bring specialized experience supporting clients through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transitions of parenthood.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, authentic, and tailored to you. Together, we'll explore how your experiences, relationships, thoughts, emotions, and identities shape your life while building on your existing strengths. I like to use humor, compassion, and directness to create a safe space for healing, growth, and empowerment to occur.
