I’ve worked for decades with individuals and groups as a registered somatic movement educator and licensed bodyworker; and now am bringing the body together with the mind-with you. My style as a therapist is both pragmatic and transpersonal—drawing from strength based approaches, trauma informed work, mindfulness, nature connection, shamanism, and embodiment.
My training includes Somatic Experiencing, Embodiment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Authentic Movement, Movement Therapy and Education, Psychedelic Integration, Education for Racial Equity, and Relationships First/Safe Conversations for Couples. I have experience working with Artists, the LGBTQ community, and folks with HIV/AIDS.
