I am a therapist who integrates clinical expertise with a compassionate approach to support individuals, couples, and families. I take a holistic perspective on therapy, attending not only to psychological needs but also to relational, cultural, and somatic experiences—such as how stress is carried in the body. Informed by my own experiences navigating grief, anxiety, and the challenges of community hardship, I strive to hold space for clients with deep empathy and without judgment.
