I help high-achieving Christian women navigate some of life's biggest disappointments such as chronic illness, pain, and medical trauma that triggers a crisis of faith. Many of the women I work with are professionals, caregivers, and ministry leaders or the ones who are known for holding it together for everyone else but don’t know where to put their pain.

Therapy with me is a place to take the mask off. We’ll name what hurts, make room for your fears and doubts, and address the patterns that keep you stuck. We’ll also explore spiritual layers of suffering such as disappointment with God, anger, shame, fear of judgment, and the pressure to pretend. Healing is possible even if your faith feels fragile now.

This EMDR therapy group is designed specifically for women with endometriosis who are ready to process medical trauma, anxiety, and the emotional weight of endometriosis in a safe, compassionate space. Led by a licensed therapist with lived experience and advanced training in women’s health and trauma recovery, this small group (3–4 participants) meets bi-weekly via secure, HIPAA-compliant Google Meet. Together, we’ll use EMDR's group protocol (GTEP) to help your body and mind reconnect, release stored pain, and rebuild trust in yourself.

Single Christian Women with Dating Anxiety

Dating anxiety can be exhausting! Overthinking texts, fearing rejection, or shutting down with inconsistency. This EMDR group is for single Christian women who want to date with more peace, confidence, and discernment. We’ll use GREP2 (Group Resource Enhancement Protocol) and GTEP (Group Traumatic Episode Protocol) to target the roots of dating fear (heartbreak, ghosting, betrayal, purity/church shame) and build calmer reactions and steadier self-trust. In this group, you can expect: Faith-honoring, trauma-informed group work, tools to reduce spiraling thoughts and avoidance, support for boundaries, discernment, and self-trust in dating.
