I focus on meeting couples, individuals, and families where they are by creating a comfortable and safe space. My style of therapy is a mindfulness based approach called Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I have witnessed many clients overcome significant blocks; move into a more satisfying expression of their potential.
