I have worked in the mental health field since 2018 and I have came to favor therapeutic modalities such as Person-Centered Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to develop a genuine therapeutic alliance with each client rooted in an empathetic and nonjudgmental stance. I believe that we all have our own concept of what peace is and yet sometimes struggle to unlock what it takes to get there. I approach therapy with an ability to offer clients evidence-based remedies to their immediate emotional suffering while at the same time leaving space for a partnered exploration of long-term solutions.
With that, my clients can expect for me to aid them in finding their keys to freedom and simultaneously unlock themselves from the hold of emotional suffering.
