Sometimes we need to know how or where to start. The goal is to help clients overcome those challenges, reconnect and discover their ideal life. My approach is tailored to your unique needs and assists in learning skills and strategies to achieve goals through empowerment and identification of personal growth conditions.
I have experience working with many behavioral, emotional, and mental disorders. My clinical skill set includes cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based therapy (MBCT), crisis management, mental health assessment, intelligence quotient examinations anger management. Letter-writing services are also provided.
