Hi, I'm Shaina and I am here for when life begins to add up too much or become too stressful - maybe a recent change is too much or maybe you're at a tipping point. I understand and am here to help. Talking about the tough stuff in life can be tricky, so my goal is for my clients to be comfortable being vulnerable with me. I match your pace while providing tools to help you become more self-aware and make everyday life a little easier. The therapeutic relationship is collaborative; you are the expert on you. I am here to assist in providing relief whether from a past or present experience/loss, and assist you in healing and growing.
I help adults ranging from young to old, who are looking for progress. I listen actively, challenge your view point, and use a variety of interventions to assist with healing including EMDR Therapy, Grief Education, and Postpartum Therapy. We will laugh and cry together, have tough conversations, and you will achieve further understanding of yourself.
Life is a journey, and we don't always know what curve balls will be thrown our way or have the tools to manage them. I want to help you gain ground and hope.
