Welcome! I'm Shaina and I thrive on helping you bring stability to the everyday chaos of life. In every setting I have worked, I've seen clients feeling overwhelmed with symptoms, leading to extremes, both high and low, with mood. This makes it difficult to focus on the day, often ruminating about past or future or the "what ifs" of today, and before we recognize, the days are gone. Whether current stressors are the result of past experiences or recent dilemmas we can work together to really get to the root of the problem so you can make life-long change.
I heavily focus on the connection of mind and body in my practice. Using neuropsychotherapy training, I love teaching how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact with our bodies and providing you with awareness so you can fully understand how and why techniques work.
