Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who appear successful on the outside but internally feel anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by their own patterns. I integrate advanced EMDR, somatic therapy, and parts work to help clients work with the nervous system, emotional patterns, trauma responses, and the body—not just thoughts. Together, we focus on creating change at the deeper levels where many longstanding patterns are formed and maintained.
