My initial goal in therapy is to alleviate the pain you present with by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused Therapies. Next, we will explore the patterns underlying the presenting symptoms in order to prevent further occurrences. My integrative approach draws from mindfulness-based therapies, as well as Existential and Humanistic methods.
