I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, career stressors, social anxiety, and grief/loss issues. I’ve worked in various settings including a hospital, military base, school, community mental health agency, and a school for children with Autism. I work with clients ages 12 and up.
My therapeutic approach includes using empathy and non-judgment to create understanding and trust between us. I personalize my approach for each client, depending on your goals and needs.
