Taking new clients! I believe the road to healing begins with a therapeutic relationship based on trust and acceptance. I guide clients towards exploring their strengths and values to help see their experiences in a way that focuses on their proven resilience. My passion is helping clients gain agency over their lives through empowerment and authentic living. Together we will identify patterns of thought and behavior that serve you well, as well as gain insight into unhelpful patterns that keep you stuck. I base my approach on your needs as an individual to meet your personal goals and walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey.
My specialties include working with survivors of narcissistic abuse and treating substance abuse disorders. In addition to providing support around major life transitions, I treat complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and troubles with self-esteem. I help clients gain insights into communication and interpersonal issues through psychoeducation and analysis.
