About
Everyone faces life transitions, some celebratory and others mournful. My aim is to help you navigate these transitions without sacrificing your emotional health. My approach is comprehensive and looks at all the possible influences affecting overall emotional health. A large part of my practice includes a focus on building mindfulness techniques to help you feel more in touch with yourself and empowered to respond to life’s challenges with ease. I integrate a relationship-focused, trauma-informed treatment, with evidenced based techniques such as EMDR, EFT, and CBT.
I offer individual, couples, and family sessions with a specialization in mood disorders (i.e. generalized anxiety, panic attacks), grief/loss, and trauma work, including EMDR.
My style is empathic, direct, and collaborative. I blend therapeutic approaches to best fit your need and utilize a psychodynamic (insight oriented), relational (relationship focused) and EMDR (trauma treatment) approach.
