I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY, NJ and CT, based in NYC for the past 25 years. My clients come in when they are going through life transitions, loss, process a trauma or the need for a life change. Together, in a safe and non judgmental space, we discover insights into life, learn new skills to achieve the change that my clients are seeking for. I have treated people from all cultures, identities, and walks of life in person at my office and virtually. I help clients to reach their goals through collaborative and efficient approach based on years of experience, trainings and knowledge.
My expertise includes anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, loss and relationship issues. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from NYU, a postgraduate certificate in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and a License in Movement Analysis. I tailor a unique approach to each individual that I work with through attentiveness and care.
