Healing from trauma isn't easy. I won’t sugarcoat how painful this work can be, but you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and intimate partner violence. These experiences can deeply impact how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. I believe in creating a safe, collaborative space where we can reconnect your mind, body, and spirit. My approach is grounded in compassion for your story and what you want to do. Together, we’ll walk through the healing process of reclaiming your power and control and sense of self again!
I specialize in trauma recovery using EMDR, ACT, and inner child work, integrated with mindfulness, movement, music, and expressive therapies. Whether we’re incorporating animals, art, or body-based practices, our work is always personalized. You deserve holistic healing that reconnects all parts of you.
