About
New office is coming so we're online only for now. The hardest part of therapy is making that first call. The last few years have sucked, amiright? You might be feeling "Meh", "blah", or work has taken a toll. You're feeling overwhelmed or more stressed than before? You want to be closer to those you care about but there's "something" in the way. What have you got to lose? Even more, what do you have to gain? I've got someone to help!
We'll provide you with support, skills and help you work through those major events (or a culmination of several stressors) that may have you feeling "stuck". We work from a Trauma-Focused perspective and help you work through those incidents to free you from your past. I provide a safe and supportive environment to process and heal.
With nearly 30 years of experience, I get it. You've been working really hard to bury things you've seen, done, witnessed & it won't go away.
