Although the energy of transition and healing is in the air for so many of us, undergoing the initial steps towards seeking support can be difficult. Thank you for leaning into this process and exploring some of the ways we may be able to work and move in partnership towards a space of spiritual, emotional, and mental wellness. During our initial sessions, we will focus on weaving together, the elements of your lived experience that inform your current thought process; the identities that inform how you move through the world; and which will ultimately support in outlining a set of intentions and goals for our time together.
My work is trauma/ healing-informed and infuses arts-based interventions and holistic approaches to healing with more traditional therapeutic modalities (i.e., motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, etc.). In our time together, we can work to develop an individualized treatment plan aimed to facilitate short and long-term growth.
Whether you feel particularly drawn to exploring your own narrative through storytelling; intentional reflection centering the identities you (and/or those within your lineage) may hold; or mindfulness meditation; I encourage you to continue your journey towards healing in whatever ways feel most aligned/ authentic to you. I look forward to working with you!

Groups
Healing and Liberation Group for BIPOC Survivors
This is a therapeutic healing space for survivors of color (centering the experiences of those who identify as queer, trans, two-spirit and gender non-conforming +). This healing space will take place over the duration of 8-weeks and will infuse a culmination of ancestral healing modalities, such as storytelling, circle practice, expressive arts, and plant medicine alongside trauma-informed intervention tools. Some topics to be explored throughout our time together will include, but is not limited to, navigating relationships and intimacy; re-connecting to and re-envisioning our relationship to our bodies; and honoring personal boundaries.
