My therapy style is humor-driven, person-centered, compassion-based, and non-judgmental to help you achieve your goals, whatever those may look like.

I have experience with Co-occurring Disorders (Mental Health and/or Addiction), Police, Corrections, and Military. I also enjoy working with individuals & couples on issues related to life satisfaction, negative self-talk, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dissatisfaction. I can also offer supervision hours for in-training licenses.

I am private pay, but can provide superbills if requested for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Assessments are $225, individual sessions are $150, and couple sessions are $190. I offer a sliding scale; please inquire. Supervision is $75 per session.
