I enjoy helping clients reconnect with parts of themselves, guide them in processing trauma, and internal safety to reclaim their inner power. I offer an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, grounded in EMDR, ego states/parts work, flash technique, and inner child healing. We work together to create healing to allow your truest self to emerge.
