My approach to counseling is person-centered. Meeting someone where they are in life is a priceless dynamic that I pride myself with. The evidence based practice approaches that I often utilize are cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Our sessions will be tailored to meet your treatment goals. Beginning a therapy journey is very courageous and a huge step towards change.
