Pain can either define us or serve as the driving force for personal growth. I have dedicated an extensive amount of time to working with children, teens, parents, and adults who struggle with impulse control, existential crises, emotional challenges, and behavioral disturbances. I firmly believe that knowledge alone is insufficient; true change goes beyond conceptualization—it requires action. Clients require proven tools to actively pursue self-sufficiency.
I specialize in providing Behavioral and Attachment Therapy for children and adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral disturbances. I utilize Existential and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, along with biofeedback training, to assist adults struggling with existential crises, depression, and anxiety disorders. Telehealth & office sessions are offered
Over the years I have met a lot of parents of children with behavioral and emotional disturbances. Behind those children there is often a parent who is struggling with the shame and guilt of having a child who is failing to thrive. I have met a lot of adults who are grappling with finding meaning and purpose, fear change, or who are struggling with finding the motivation to improve their circumstances. The self help industry generates billions every year and perhaps because it feels good when we are contemplating change. It is entirely possible that it is not about how we feel but rather how we respond when we find ourselves in a dark place. Sometimes change requires action in spite of the circumstances. I would be happy to help you take that first step through adversity.
