I have a broad range of training and experience in different counseling approaches, including the American Psychiatric Association and World Health Organization-approved treatment modalities like EMDR (for PTSD and other trauma-related disorders), CBT, DBT, Psychoanalytic Approaches, and other traditional treatment modalities for mood disorders and addiction.
