My work is rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic talk therapy. I also integrate mindfulness, meditation, and — when it fits — laughter, because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy.
We’ll start with where you are right now. Your story will unfold naturally as it becomes relevant. And funnily enough, the deepest sessions often begin when someone says, “I don’t really have anything to talk about today.”
