About
I strongly believe in the power of therapeutic relationship and take a client centered approach to create a safe space for my clients to explore how life experiences, including early development, history of trauma and life stressors can have an impact on our ability to maintain healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Utilizing evidence based therapeutic strategies, I strive to promote the process of authentic self awareness and empowerment to make desired changes.
I come with training and experience working with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and take a trauma informed care approach. My clients come from diverse backgrounds with mood issues, relationship concerns, life transitions, and grief and loss.
