My goal is to help you build your confidence and resilience, gain a mental edge so you can be your best, and deal with stress. I can also help you improve your relationships, develop a more effective communication style, and eliminate unhealthy habits. I believe life it too short to be miserable.
I will design a customized, individualized treatment plan that will achieve your goals. You know yourself best and thus it is important that we work collaboratively in a way that is agreeable to both of us. My treatment is supported by research and I can work with your medical provider.
I have both master's and doctorate degrees in clinical psychology. I completed an internship at Baltimore V.A.M.C. I have worked locally in community mental health and at Hanford Environmental Health Foundation. I have been in private practice in Richland for sixteen years. I belong to American Psychological and Washington State Psychological Associations.
