My ideal clients are adolescents, adults, couples, and faith leaders who are ready to move beyond surviving and begin thriving. Many come to my practice feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or the emotional weight of ministry and leadership. Others seek support for ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), stress, burnout, or challenges with emotional regulation, identity, and self-worth. I also work with individuals who desire to integrate their Christian faith into the counseling process while receiving evidence-based clinical care.
I recognize that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Intervention at the Heart Centered Journey provides a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Treatment modalities implemented include a variety of evidence-based approaches to meet individualized needs.
My goal is not simply symptom reduction, but whole-person transformation. I partner with clients to build resilience, increase self-awareness, develop healthier patterns of thinking and behavior, and move confidently toward lives marked by purpose, balance, and hope.
