I can help you work through old patterns and traumas using tools you may not have tried before. Towards this end, I use behavioral activation, cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization & reprogramming (certified in EMDR), and music/art therapy. Together we can differentiate medical from emotional challenges and generate treatment options.
With over 30 years of clinical experience, I work with clients from many different ethnic backgrounds, nationalities, religions and communities. Each client is unique so treatment is customized to meet each client's specific needs and to build on their strengths.
