Start 2026 with an investment in yourself. What do you want to be experiencing? Most of us have been taught not to talk about sex and our bodies. We have been taught to be ashamed of our bodies and what we think about, fantasize about, and do sexually. I believe that sexual expression is a healthy part of all of our lives. I enjoy working with folks on issues of desire, desire differences in relationships, healing from sexual trauma, sexual behavior that feels out of control, sexual self-esteem and body image, kinky and poly experiences, gender-related concerns and communication within relationships.

We’ll collaborate in a space that is safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental, where we will learn and grow together. I enjoy collaborating with folks who are erotically marginalized, and approach my work with a sex-positive, strengths-based, trauma-informed, harm reduction, kink and poly-affirming, intersectional, anti-racist, feminist, LGBTQ friendly lens.

Sometimes all we need is for someone to hold a safe space for us while we explore and process. Sometimes what we need is specific education, skills, and the support to develop them.
