Depression, anxiety, sexual addiction, and relationship issues are problems I frequently see. Through Biblical counseling I strive to help you see yourself as Christ sees you. You are unique, precious and deeply loved by God. As a Christian, I strive to treat the whole person: body, soul, & spirit. For this, we've created a calming, peaceful environment for relaxation therapy. As a LPC-S and nurse, I specialize with medical issues like cancer, infertility, depression & anxiety.

Infidelity (and/or other sexual issues - porn, performance anxiety, depression, anxiety) can be crushing to you and your family. I know all the steps needed to repair the relationship and make it better than ever. Am a full psychologist & sex therapist. No shaming or judging. I offer direct & tough, but compassionate, Biblically-based Christian care. I also deal with relationship problems, especially for men who haven't been in therapy before, but for women as well. Without judgment, I help clients overcome addictions to alcohol, weed, sex, food, and hard drugs by helping them face the very difficult triggers behind the addictions itself (such as unaddressed depression, trauma, and self esteem, etc; I particularly work with sexual addictions). This approach can be very emotionally difficult, so I recommend only clients who are ready for major life changes apply.

Sometimes life can get pretty tricky and have us feeling stuck, unsure, and discouraged. However, I believe that we all have an innate capacity to grow, to heal, and to develop into our full potential. The therapeutic journey involves taking courageous steps in order to move forward, gain self-acceptance, and reconnect with your capacity towards growth. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, thus my goal in counseling is to provide you with safe and nonjudgmental environment where you feel free to explore these aspects of our life.

If anything is true, it's that life can be overwhelming. It is easy to get trapped in thought, unanswered questions, and compromising behaviors. We expect that relief will come with a change in circumstance or the ability to control our environment. But, when change does not occur we lose hope. Ongoing frustration and stress can give way to anxiety, depression, and even addiction. Our beliefs can be twisted out of shape by unresolved conflicts, damaged childhoods, poor communication, lack of responsiveness and a poor spiritual condition. Transformation: Chaos to Calm for Intimacy Betrayal. This is my newest group for women who are in a state of shock and need to find the way forward. Anger, sadness, confusion, numbness....so many feelings across a short span of time. It's overwhelming and someone needs to throw you a life preserver quickly. I have designed a course that is specifically for women who need coaching to get through this. Day 1 of finding out about infidelity, porn addiction, or sex addiction is commonly called "D" day - short for discovery day. My coaching groups are directed toward those first 60 days- this is "Crisis" phase.

Sex addiction is cunning and baffling. It asserts itself into every other life issue. It cuts relationships deeply and oftentimes completely. But there is help for those who seek solutions. I will walk with you as you work toward gaining sobriety in this addiction. I can offer my time, objective information, and energizing hope to you individually and to your relationship partner.
