With over 25 years of experience working with clients in treatment for substance use, anger management and other mental health needs - I believe that growth is possible in every individual. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, which supports couples toward building healthy relationships and stronger marriages. My straight forward collaborative approach incorporates a variety of therapeutic principles and philosophies in order to create the ideal treatment plan to meet the needs of each individual client or couple in areas related to grief, divorce, substance abuse, marriage, relationship concerns and life transitions.
I encourage clients to focus on how thoughts and feelings impact actions. My goal is to empower clients to believe that they are in control of what they think and feel thus resulting in a more desirable outcome.
