I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) providing individual, couples and group therapy. For the past 25 years, I have helped people improve their emotional well-being, strengthen their recovery from addictions and trauma, and build healthy, fulfilling relationships. My clinical specialties include the treatment of anxiety, depression, addictions, sexual compulsivity and PTSD.

With an orientation toward helping clients grow, I assist them in identifying and removing the obstacles that keep them stuck. I focus on individuals, couples and families impacted by addiction. Based on client need, I employ a versatile blend of support, respectful confrontation, sometimes even humor, combined with Twelve Step approaches of acceptance of reality, personal insight and spiritual development. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and Certified Multiple Addictions Therapist (CMAT). Trained as an Interventionist, I also prepare and collaborate with families and organizations in conducting interventions with a person experiencing behavioral problems.

Shame dies when stories are told in safe places. Your story matters. Experiencing trauma can make us feel alone, ashamed, & burdened with self-doubt. When you take the brave step toward therapy and healing, you no longer have to do that alone. I work to hold a safe space so that each person who comes to me is able to openly share their story while learning how to access the tools to heal all wounds that they carry. I use Internal Family Systems as an approach to work on the root of pain and to help clients heal. I am certified in DBT therapy to help individuals regulate their emotions and build skills to navigate relationships.

Bucks Support Services, located in Newtown and Buckingham, PA, is comprised of three speciality branches; Bucks Eating Support Collaborative, Bucks LGBTQ Center and Bucks Recovery Center. In addition to those speciality areas, we treat a wide array of psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, family/support system and relationship issues, adjustment disorders, and disorders of childhood, among others.

Spearheaded by eating disorder specialists Dr. Stacy Hunt, Clinical Psychologist and Leah Frazee, RD, LND, Bucks Eating Support Collaborative provides comprehensive and quality care for patients of all ages and genders dealing with disordered eating in a HAES informed framework and a body neutrality lens. With two Bucks County locations, Bucks ESC provides individual therapy, family, nutrition and group sessions. Our group of providers also offers trauma support, LGBTQ support, co-occurring Dx, ARFID, & PANS/PANDAS related eating concerns. We also work with athletes with eating disorders and disordered eating.

Bucks Recovery Center, a branch of Bucks Support Services, has two locations in Bucks County, PA (Newtown & Buckingham). We are a supportive space for clients in ongoing recovery from substance use, alcoholism, and addiction, featuring: individual, family and group psychotherapy; community-based support groups; and educational outreach. The therapists at Bucks Recovery Center use a "Harm Reduction" model and can support many modalities of recovery treatment.
