I am an open-minded, non-judgmental person who takes pride in creating fun and unique ways to help my clients. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I have experience working with individuals, couples, and polyam folx on a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, relationships, self-esteem, LGBTQIA+, marital, grief, and stress-related issues. As of late, my personal life journey has lead me to develop a passion for helping others with their relationship concerns, gender identity, human sexuality, intimacy, and sexual dysfunction issues. In November 2021, I became a certified sex therapist through AASECT.

Trauma is a catalyst that can either bind us in grief or propel us toward greatness. By accepting what cannot be changed and learning how to properly cope with what is, we can all live a life we envision. In my experience as a therapist, I have noticed the impact grief, loss and trauma can have on an individual's psyche. With that being said, I have also noticed- and have profound appreciation for- the innate resilience evidenced in the healing process. For the past 10 years, I’ve worked tirelessly in community mental health, school based and psychiatric sites where I provided individual, family, and group therapy.

There are no shortages of challenges in life, no lack of stressors that we must endure and no absence of difficult times during our time on this beautiful planet. So give yourself the time to process the struggles you have endured, to open up about the obstacles you are currently facing, and to prepare and gain the tools necessary to overcome the challenges that await you in the future.
