I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in NC and a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT) who can help you navigate through relational struggles, individual challenges, brokenness and betrayal, divorce, and parenting issues. I am privileged to be in a profession where I am a witness to the strength people have in their most difficult times. The buildup of stress, anxiety, disconnection, traumatic events, or major life transitions can leave you feeling helpless, hopeless, and looking for relief in ways that feel confusing and unauthentic. Being able to reflect and come to the conclusion that there has to be a different way to cope is the first step toward enacting change. I am licensed for Telehealth in Florida. Helping couples is an extreme passion for me as it's the most important relationship in an individual's life. The ability to have a healthy, thriving marriage is my goal in working with couples. This growth is often painful and joyful but worth it! I also work with partners of sexual addiction/infidelity to aid in healing from the trauma, setting boundaries and the process of formal therapeutic disclosure (including polygraphs where desired). I also utilize Gottman interventions. For couples looking for a more intense approach, I offer a 6 hour one day intensive.

There is not a "one size fits all" therapy that works for everyone, so I tailor my therapeutic interventions to what I feel will work best for you.
