Hello and welcome! I believe it is my role as a therapist is to guide you as you take steps towards positive life changes, healing, and a healthy mind. I meet clients where they are and am here to help you meet your goals. My philosophy is that healing lies within our connection to others. Together, we can explore what may be holding you back from being your authentic self and can identify core areas that need to be healed for you to create fulfilling relationships. Our therapeutic relationship acts as a soft-landing place in an oftentimes harsh world, as well as a space for education, empowerment, and authenticity.
I am a sex positive therapist. Diverse genders, relationships and sexualities are all welcomed and affirmed. Working with couples is an area in which I am very passionate. I draw upon attachment theory, mindfulness techniques, and cognitive behavioral therapy to provide clients with a person-centered approach to best fits their needs.
