I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Approved Supervisor based in Houston, Texas. I am also licensed in the state of Virginia. I provide Telehealth/virtual sessions for Virginia residents. It is my desire to provide a safe environment where individuals are able to grow through the process of counseling. I have my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and focus my practice on individual adults, couples, and families. I am also trained in basic EMDR (Eye Movement Sensitization and Reprocessing).

In this time of crisis and fear that the whole world is experiencing, I think that I must first address how any person who comes to me is coping, how she/he is managing safety and fears for her/himself and his/her family. I am a psychotherapist who has been in private practice for 30 years. Because of the longevity of my work, I have encountered a wide variety of people of all ages and problems.
