MEN, PARTNER, and COUPLES counseling are what David specializes in. When you come to see David, you can be assured that with his training and life experience that he is ready to help you achieve the goals you want. He is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapist (EMDR), and is one of only 18 therapists trained as a Certified Hope and Freedom Practitioner (CHFP). As a CHFP David offers 3-day Intensive Therapy to jump start recovery for individuals, and healing for couples.
David's office is in a historic home built in 1894, located at 920 18th Street, in Old Downtown Plano.
David's breadth of experience sets him apart from many counselors. Prior to becoming a counselor, he was a pharmacist, owned his own pharmacy, and worked in the pharmaceutical industry. David experienced severe trauma early in his life, and has worked to deal with it and go on to have a very happy and productive life.
