I help adults and adolescents who experience anxiety, depression, and challenges with communication reduce symptoms by improving upon current strengths and coping skills to build insight into symptoms experienced. In my practice I use a variety of evidence based approaches to work towards goals set in session. Some of these approaches include Person-Centered therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused brief therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness Techniques, and Motivational Interviewing.
