I am a gender-affirming therapist and have completed certification requirements with WPATH, The World Professional Association for Transgender Health. I completed EMDR training with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness. I completed certification for treating ADHD. I am beginning the journey to becoming certified with AASECT the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. I love assisting clients in feeling more confident in their lives, handling emotional and mental stressors with greater ease, and developing a repertoire or coping skills to find their center under pressure.
I have intensive training in cognitive therapy with the Cleveland Center for Cognitive Therapy. I am a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. I have completed all training for the certification with WPATH for gender-affirming care. I completed EMDR basic training. I am beginning training as a sex therapist with AASECT.
I am compassionate and will meet you where you are in your wellness journey. I am an advocate for gender-affirming care and am active with the NASW Ohio Chapter. I completed a Master of Arts in Theology at John Carroll University in May 2023.
