Our passion is to help clients rediscover what it means to be healthy, happy and whole. Our therapists offer EMDR, movement therapy, art & more. Together will be collaborative in nature and will offer you tools to help you gain awareness of thought processes and old patterns that are hindering current growth. With this new awareness, you will then begin to learn easy and practical ways to create new, healthy lifestyle choices in mind and body.

Groups
Equine and Art Therapy Group
Registration is now open for women, men and couples to join an 8 week small group for equine and art therapy. Each 2 hour weekly session will consist of a hands-on horse activity and an art therapy intervention/processing activity. These activities create an opportunity for participants to gain self-awareness, reduce anxiety and increase coping skills while generating healthy communication in a peer setting. No horse or art experience is necessary. Groups meet weekly for 8 weeks on Wednesdays from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Sessions run from May 2023 thru December 2023.
