I have previously worked with individuals, families, and groups addressing anxiety, depression, self-harm, communication problems, advocacy, LGBTQIA2S+ and minority struggles, outreach, domestic violence/sexual assault, court appointed programs, incarceration, mental health crisis safety, substance abuse, grief processing, the military, and health related mood management.

I have special training in attachment issues and injuries but also blend cognitive behavioral, systems therapy, solution focused and neuroscience modalities into treatment as needed.
