My name is Sherry Fancher and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who has a passion for helping adults and children who have been through traumatic experiences. Burleson Counseling was created to serve the local community, provide in-person and virtual counseling in a safe and authentic space, and raise awareness of mental health in Burleson and surrounding cities. People are incredibly resilient, and when provided with the right resources, can find healing even in the darkest moments. As a counselor, I can offer a listening ear and a non-judgmental attitude as we navigate whatever you are going through together. If you are a parent seeking help for your child, I offer Child-Centered Play therapy for children ages 4-12. Children engage in counseling by interacting with the therapist and toys in a special setting. I team with parents and have parent consults regularly.

It is my desire to create and maintain a therapeutic relationship that restores balance in the lives of children and adults. The focus of therapy is to assist you in gaining and or regaining control of life's circumstances that leave you feeling unable to cope with daily life.

My theoretical orientation is cognitive behavioral. My therapy style is goal oriented, solutions focused. I am a no-nonsense therapist who works to help my clients find solutions to their problems in the most effective, non-intrusive way possible. I also offer Christian/LDS counseling upon request.

Hi, I'm Keila Santos. I am a bilingual licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Texas. I have been working in the field for over eight years with experience in trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, among others. Being part of someone's healing journey is a responsibility and commitment I don't take lightly. For me, being a psychotherapist is not only a job, but a passion in life. I also work as program director for the Psychology Department at Southwestern Adventist University. Being in a role of professor has helped me stay current with research and further develop competent skills to better serve my clients.

I am a custodian, wiping away the debris off of someone of immeasurable value; who does not realize his or her value.
