As a Licensed Professional and Substance Abuse Counselor, my scope of services includes depression, anxiety, grief /loss, PTSD, domestic violence, abuse, communication, self-awareness, substance abuse as well as non-compliance. Special populations encompass adolescents, women and family units that are served in individual, couple, family unit and group settings. Strategies provided are designed to promote self-enrichment, acceptance, accountability and personal responsibility.

I have primarily worked with children, adolescents, and their families for the past 20 years in mental health, residential and school settings. Prior to that, I worked for a domestic violence, rape crisis, and child abuse center where I worked with survivors and their families in various capacities, including group and individual counseling, crisis intervention, and victim advocacy. This has provided a great deal of experience working with trauma and related issues, such as depression and anxiety in adults and children. It also has given me the opportunity to see families grow and make positive changes in their lives after adversity
