I work with pre-teens, adolescents and adults who are ready to work towards growth and trauma resolution. I specialize in working with individuals and families affected by trauma and abuse. I am interested in helping survivors find their inner strength to overcome their past and heal. I believe in the dignity and worth of each individual person. I continue to be amazed at the strength displayed by individuals and consider it a privilege to be involved in guiding the process. I enjoy using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as other interventions that are evidence based.

I have extensive training in the leading trauma interventions, such as Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, iRest meditation and Ketamine and Cannabis Assisted Psychotherapy. I work primarily from a holistic, body centered perspective, but I am aware that every person and nervous system needs its own unique blend of therapy. Therefore, I use an eclectic blend of tools, such as Attachment, Transpersonal, Existential, and Psychodynamic to name a few. I hold a deep belief that our body and mind has the capacity to heal, so I work to provide a safe container to restore the innate wisdom of your body to heal and move through what is in the way.
